- 9 am arrival - Morning coffee or tea, socialization, magazines, puzzles, TV, and music provided as everyone arrives
- 9:30 am - Breakfast and socialization
- 10 am - Reading and discussion, reminiscing, educational humor and trivia, positive current events, and various discussion topics
- 10:30 am - Exercises such as chair aerobics, relaxation stretching, sit and dance, psychical games, outdoor and indoor walks
- 11 am - Morning group session may include arts, creative and expressive crafts, cooking, gardening, inter-generational or cognitive trivia with a discussion in a group setting. Individual activity or one-on-one may substitute group activity based on abilities and interests
- 11:45 am - Prepare for lunch
- 12 pm - Lunch (portion and nutritional standards for all meals served here are set by USDA standards and individual diet recommendations)
- 1 pm - Individual activities and rest (puzzles, magazines, games, videos or movies, books, and one-on-one Wii challenges. Socialization opportunities are available to each participant during this time)
- 1:30 pm - Afternoon group activities may include traditional games, physical games, memory games, pampering personal care, sensory, and storytelling
- 2:30 pm - Afternoon snacks
- 3 pm - Prepare to leave
- 3:15 pm - Transportation arrives
